Information of the procession of personal data
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the principles under which VERS Produkcja Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. processes your personal data on web-pages and within websites belonging to the Company.
Personal data administrator
The administrator of your data is VERS Produkcja Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. (VERS). with its registered office in Warsaw (02-634), ul. Racławicka 99 / 1.24, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000636291, NIP: 5213746938.
This Privacy Policy applies to the storage and processing of personal data of persons using the Site. The rules of using the Website are regulated in the relevant regulations (“Legal Notice”). Personal data of the User is collected and processed depending on the way the User uses the Website.

Users may access and use the Website according to the rules set out in Legal Notice. – in order to recruit people interested in work or cooperation with VERS (legal basis – Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR)
We also process personal data in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on VERS (legal basis – Art. 6(1)(c) and d6(1)(a) of GDPR respectively).
Obligatory or voluntary data provision
The provision of personal data is based on a voluntary basis, but failure to provide data may prevent cooperation or certain actions.
Transfer of data to other entities
The recipients of the User’s personal data may be, in particular, entities directly or indirectly associated with VERS, in particular in an organizational or personal manner, as well as external service providers (e.g. entities providing IT services, including cloud computing services, entities providing services in the field of marketing activities – promotional entities, other entities processing data on behalf of VERS under the contract entrusting the processing of personal data), accountants, statutory auditors and auditors, lawyers, administrative bodies, state services and courts.
User’s personal data may be transferred to entities directly or indirectly connected with VERS located in countries outside the European Economic Area. In the event that these countries do not provide an adequate level of data protection, VERS will take appropriate steps to guarantee adequate protection of your personal data by implementing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or by using other solutions.
Processing Period
Personal data will be processed, respectively, until the proper, legitimate interests pursued by VERS, as the administrator of personal data, related to the processing of specific data, until the limitation periods related to the contract with which the processing of personal data is related, or related to limitation of obligations arising from legal provisions, or until an objection is raised regarding processing for marketing purposes. Information related to responses to inquiries will be sent to you until an objection is raised in this regard.
In the situations referred to in the regulations, Persons whose personal data are processed by VERS have the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit the processing of personal data and the right to transfer data.
Right to object
To the extent that VERS processes your data for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The company reserves the right to change the privacy policy. Any changes introduced by the Company to the Privacy Policy in the future will be published on the Website.
